I would just like to bring to your attention the extremely efficient and friendly service we have received from Ezibookings in Stellenbosch. In particular one young lady by the name of Bilquees Daniels.

We had long standing bookings for the Kruger but due to family commitments had to change them, at relatively short notice, to the Kgalagadi. This involved much deliberation about bookings, accommodation availability and the deposit we had placed with yourselves for our initial booking. The National Parks are always well booked so our hopes were not too high that we would get in, nevermind book what we really wanted.

Bilquees Daniels took all our information - cancelled the Kruger booking and booked us into the Kgalagadi park and then slowly managed to organise and accommodate ALL our requirements when cancellations became available. She would phone us regularly and update us on the state of our booking and, as late as last week, she managed to grant our final accommodation request. But at no stage were we without a booking in the park albeit not our first choice.

This kind of efficient, helpful and enthusiastic service can only be highly commended. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Bilquees and I will not hesitate to book through Ezibookings again and recommend all my friends and acquaintances do the same.

Graag wil ek hiermee ons opregte dank en waardering uitspreek vir die moeite wat die personeel van Sanparke Ezi Bookings gedoen het om vir ons kampeerplek te kry in die Kruger Nasionale Park gedurende Junie/Julie 2010.

Ons het ook reeds in die verlede van genoemde kantoor gebruik gemaak vir besprekings en nog elke keer is ons met hope vriendelikheid, hulpvaardigheid en vinnige diens behandel. Genoemde kantoor, spesifiek Nadia en Elize, getuig van professionalisme en toegewyde personeel wat daarna streef om hulle kliënte gelukkig te hou en net die beste vir hulle kliënte te lewer.

Ek kan u verseker, dat ons ook in die toekoms van geen ander kantoor as Ezi Bookings, Stellenbosch gebruik sal maak nie (met tye wens ons ons kon alles deur hulle doen/bespreek). Hierdie kantoor, en dan spesifiek die twee genoemde personeellede, is beslis 'n aanwins vir u maatskappy - 'n kantoor en personeel waarop u baie trots kan wees.
